Here's my three top reasons To run for School Board

“The last few years have been extremely tough on our teachers and administrators.  I am excited to find ways to help them with all they need to be successful in the classroom. We MUST take care of our teachers” I am no stranger to local education and the process behind making it a success, “I grew up in a house of educators.  My father was a Superintendent of schools and my mother was an elementary Teacher.”    

I am a retired State Trooper and am committed to keeping kids safe, “Not only physical safety while at school, but also emotional safety with what they are being taught.  Keeping certain topics out of schools and leaving them to parents is a strong position of mine.”   

As the Vice President for DuVall Financial Group, I can bring some business expertise to benefit the board.  “Working budgets and finding ways to get the maximum use out of each dollar is something I do every day.”    

My wife and I have lived in Kearney for 15 years.  We have three daughters that all attend Kearney Public Schools.     “I am honored to have the opportunity to run to make a difference for our kids and humbled by the support and encouragement I have received thus far.”
